ASD Living Guideline Group
For the last couple of years, I have been a member of the New Zealand MoH/MoE Autism Living Guideline Group. Each year the group works with Marita Broadstock of Insight Research to update or add new sections to the NZ Autism Guideline.
You can find out about the LGG and the Guideline here: https://www.health.govt.nz/publication/new-zealand-autism-spectrum-disorder-guideline

Te Pou/Matua Raki

Te Pou is the national mental health and disability workforce development agency in Aotearoa/New Zealand and is funded by the Ministry of Health. Matua Raki provides dedicated workforce development for the addictions workforce and is part of Te Pou. I’m doing development work for Te Pou on a couple of big projects at the moment:
- A training programme on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (see my blog post)
- A new skills framework for workers supporting people on the autism spectrum
